I stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was wonderful, with marvellous and stunning location not far from the biggest park of Madrid and luxury shopping street. There were spotless & new-fashioned rooms with included breakfast at 16 EUR, pleasant view plus a great bathroom.

The hotel was very clean and had comfortable accommodations. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and close to the city center.

For us, it was ideal.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, with the Velazquez metro station right in front and situated in the fantastic Salamanca district. We were able to easily explore Madrid and visit popular attractions such as El Retiro, The Prado, Reina Sofia, and Thyssen museums, all within walking distance. Additionally, there were great markets nearby that provided us with superb food and produce, and the surrounding area had excellent restaurants and fantastic shopping options. The staff at reception were friendly, helpful, and even accommodated our request for an early check-in. The service provided by the hotel staff, from room cleaning to cooking, was exceptional and made us feel truly spoiled.

We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

This hotel is located in a prime area, close to department stores and right by the metro. It's convenient because it's close to everything but outside the city center that is too crowded for me. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The bathroom, although a bit dated, is clean and functional. The service is friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any needs. The breakfast offers a variety of options to start the day off right. The view from some rooms overlooks the vibrant Goya area, adding to the overall experience.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of a proper reception and lobby area. It would make a better impression upon arrival if there was a designated space for these purposes.

There were some instances where the staff's responsiveness was lacking, such as not replacing used toiletries in the bathroom in a timely manner.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect; it was on a major avenue with lots of shops, and it was only a short walk to the Metro station. The hotel was also conveniently located near many tourist destinations, as it was just 10 minutes away by metro. Additionally, we loved that it was very close to the beautiful Retiro Park. The cleanliness of the rooms, towels, and bathroom was impeccable, and we appreciated the spacious and comfortable accommodations. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. this hotel provided us with a wonderful experience in this city.

Clean hotel with perfect views of the cathedral. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Silent room and large bathroom. Excellent service at all times. Exceptional staff with an incredible location. Easy walk to an arched triumphal gateway.

The bed was comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean, great location with shops nearby and Metro station within walking distance.
